I know it’s been a long time coming, but now we have finally come to the section that reports on the workshop findings and recommendations.

The sheer breadth of the discussions and recommendations is fascinating: managing attrition, training intervention for employability skills, continuing professional education, the contact center stigma, the concentration of talent in the NCR, lagging telecommunications infrastructure, the growing shortage of teachers, etc.
